President Elect must have served one year minimum as a Local Officer, plus one year of Oregon REALTORS® involvement (OR Director, Committee Member) during the past 5 years. The PMAR Elections Committee has the authority to certify a nominee that does not meet current qualification criteria for the position sought, based upon the nominee’s tenure, experience and past service to the Realtor® organization.
Vice President must have served, during the past five years, one year minimum as a Local or State Committee/Chairman or one year minimum as a PMAR Local Director, OREF Manager, or RMLS™ Director. The PMAR Elections Committee has the authority to certify a nominee that does not meet current qualification criteria for the position sought, based upon the nominee’s tenure, experience and past service to the Realtor® organization.
