The April 27th HOWNW.com™ Certified Specialist Class is full and no longer accepting registration.

This class was developed to help Realtors® address buyers’ concerns about homeownership affordability and to provide practical hands-on information about financing programs and products that may help financially challenged or first time homebuyers in the Portland metropolitan region. This class will address:

  • Home Buying Process
  • Loan Programs
  • Homeownership ABCs
  • Avoiding Foreclosure and Rescue Scams
  • Homebuyer Education/Counseling
  • Military/Financial/Renovation Homeownership Resources
  • Multi-lingual Website Translation
Cost:
$99 PMAR Members
$149 Non-Members

Lunch is provided.

5 hours CE credit will be issued. Two-year certification expires July 1, 2019 (online renewal is offered). There is no prerequisite to take this class and receive CE credit and the HOWNW.com™ Certified Specialist (HCS) designation.

2017 Portland First Citizen Banquet

Masters Circle Awards and Silent Auction

May 18, 2017 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

DoubleTree by Hilton, 1000 NE Multnomah St., Portland

Join the Masters Circle for the 13th Annual Awards and Silent Auction. Donated baskets and gifts will be auctioned off with 100% of the money raised going to Northwest Children’s Outreach, a local Portland charity. Plus, awards for 2017 Broker of the Year and 2017 Managing Broker of the Year will be presented!

Doors Open at 11:00 a.m.
