This class was developed to help Realtors® address buyers’ concerns about homeownership affordability and to provide practical hands-on information about programs and products that may help financially challenged or first-time homebuyers. This program includes training on:

Includes 5 hours Realtor® CE credits. The two-year certification expires January 1, 2020. There is no prerequisite to take the class, receive the 5 CE credits, or earn the HCS designation.

2.5 hours of Continuing Education credit will be offered.
The Ethics course satisfies NAR Ethics requirement. If you are a new PMAR member your Ethics Training is included in the New Member Orientation. Please note: No refunds will be issued after you sign up for this class.
Followed by the Law and Rule Required Course

Cost is $30.00
3 hours of Continuing Education credit will be offered.
The LARRC course satisfies the requirement by the Oregon Real Estate Agency for your license renewal.
