Oregon’s updated supervision framework places clear responsibility on Managing Principal Brokers for how brokerage activity is structured, reviewed, and represented to the public. This forum will focus on practical supervision strategies and advertising oversight in early 2026, including areas where consumer confusion and compliance exposure are occurring.
Discussion topics include:
• Managing Principal Broker accountability and delegation to Authorized Principal Brokers
• Supervision systems that support documentation and timely review
• Advertising and team branding compliance, including brokerage name prominence, agent websites, email signatures, and consumer confusion risk
Who should attend: designated managing principal brokers/owners, authorized managing brokers, and principal brokers of teams with supervisory responsibilities
