PMAR’s Realtor® Advocacy Committee invites you to join them for a discussion on restrictive racial covenants in Oregon. PMAR member and State Representative Mark Meek will join us to talk about the history of deed restrictions, and what the Oregon Legislature has addressed it to date. Alan Brickley, Attorney at Law will also be there to help you understand how to navigate your transaction when it appears on title. And NAR’s Director of Fair Housing Bryan Greene will join us to talk about the national perspective, ideas for handling it in our communities, and NAR resources.
The RAC will host this conversation at 10am on February 17, 2021.
