This class was developed to help Realtors® address buyers’ concerns about homeownership affordability and to provide practical hands-on information about financing programs and products that may help financially challenged or first-time homebuyers in the Portland-metropolitan region.

After you finish this class, you will earn the HCS designation – a two year certification that will expire on 12/31/2022 (online renewal offered).

This is a two day class on October 12 and 19. Each class is an hour and a half from 10 am to 11:30 am. This course will be held via Zoom webinar. Information on how to join the course will be sent to you after registration.

3.0 Realtor® continuing education credits

Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 7 at 5 p.m. There will be no refund of registration fees for cancellations after this deadline.
