GRI: Finance
This course is being hosted by Oregon Realtors®.
Serve your clients to the best of your ability by becoming an expert in all aspects of real estate finance. In this course, you will learn about the mortgage process, escrow & title, loan programs, lending, rules (Dodd-Frank, HOPEA & Section 32, triggering loan estimates, TRID/Know Before You Owe), seller financing, short sales & foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, and investment properties. By the end, you will be prepared to guide your clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
By attending this class, you can earn 6 CE credit hours that will also go towards earning your GRI designation. Registration costs $99 for OR members.
This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on November 22nd and November 23rd. It is required to attend both 3-hour sessions in order to get CE.
