Realtor® Code of Ethics Requirements

In November 2019, NAR’s Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

Realtors® are required to complete ethics training of not less than two hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Please submit your certificate of completion directly to membership@pmar.org or click “submit ethics certificate” below to upload your certificate. If you have questions, please call 503-228-6595 and select option 1.
