Your Realtor® Ethics Hub
In November 2019, NAR’s Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
Realtors® are required to complete ethics training of not less than two hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Please submit your certificate of completion directly to membership@pmar.org or click “submit ethics certificate” below to upload your certificate. If you have questions, please call 503-228-6595 and select option 1.
Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.
PMAR will offer four separate Code of Ethics trainings before the end of the cycle. As a member benefit, these webinars will be free to PMAR members and will provide 2.5 CE credits. They will take place on June 18th, August 1st, September 16th, and December 4th, 2024.
