Purpose: To conduct arbitration and ethics hearings as needed, following procedures outlined in the Professional Standards Manual of NAR, and to encourage members to conduct their business with the highest professional and ethical standards in accordance with the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
Purpose: To give initial consideration to allegations of unethical conduct or requests for arbitration and to determine whether a matter is properly the subject for a hearing.
Membership requirements: Members must have at least three years of real estate experience. Mandatory training is held at the beginning of every year.
