Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy Reimbursement

Reimbursement form for graduates of the Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy. There are three qualifications to be approved for the scholarship: you must provide your receipts for expenses (up to $1,500), you must commit to one year of service to PMAR for the following calendar year, and you must provide a written report on the content and value of the training (this form serves as the report).
