Oregon REALTORS® Spring / Fall Conference Reimbursement

Reimbursement form for State Directors who attend the Oregon REALTORS® Spring Conference and/or Fall Conference

  • For those attending the Board of Directors meeting, the current stipend is $50. This meeting is offered in person only.

    **PMAR POLICY #12 – LEADERSHIP TRAVEL & REIMBURSEMENT

    Oregon Realtors®: PMAR State Directors, the PMAR President, alternate PMAR State Directors who cast votes at an Oregon Realtors® Board of Directors meeting, and any Oregon Realtors® officer or ex-officio director of the Oregon Realtors® (who is also a member of PMAR) whose expenses are not covered by Oregon Realtors®, shall receive a stipend as established in the approved budget as reimbursement for expenses incurred to attend each Oregon Realtors® Board of Directors meeting. In order to be eligible to receive a stipend, a PMAR State Director must, at a minimum, attend the designated Region Caucus meeting/conference call, if any, which takes place prior to the Oregon Realtors® Board meeting, the Finance Forum meeting/conference call, if any and attend the Oregon Realtors® Board meeting in person. However, an exception to required attendance at the Caucus meeting or Finance Forum may be made in the case of an event that creates a calendar conflict outside the control of a State Director.
