Protection

PMAR works closely with elected officials to make sure new and existing laws and ordinances do not adversely affect your business, and we monitor and advocate on a broad range of issues including sign codes, taxes, and land use. Learn about what we’re currently working on.

Professionalism

The Professional Standards and Grievance Committees have pledged to educate members on the Realtor® Code of Ethics, to investigate and assess all complaints, and to ensure all parties are treated fairly. PMAR has also established Best Practices, which promote ideals of courtesy and professionalism to strive for in the course of business activity. Our Ombudsman program is designed to help buyers, sellers, and their Realtors® resolve minor disputes before they escalate.
