Drew Coleman (Hasson Company, Realtors®) – Drew joined the real estate profession straight after graduating from George Fox University. Since 2001, Drew has been thriving as a real estate agent. He started growing his team in 2010 and his team is now one of the top producing teams in the Portland metro area. Aside from Drew’s success in real estate sales, he has been a true leader in the betterment of the industry. He has been the President of the Young Professionals Network, the President, PMAR, the President, Oregon Realtors®, and most recently he is a graduate of the National Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy. Drew has also been honored to be Broker of the Year.
Aubrey Martin (Keller Williams Sunset Corridor) – Aubrey Martin is the founder of Martin Family Real Estate Group at Keller Williams in Hillsboro and has been licensed since July 2017. A native East coaster, Aubrey moved back to Portland metro 5 years ago after a 14 year absence and had to completely rebuild her sphere. As a solo agent with a lot of administrative leverage- she is on track to close 70 units in 2021 with $1,000,000 in GCI through networking and referrals. At the beginning of the pandemic, she had to make a choice between her family and her business, and decided to sacrifice neither by blending the two together. Aubrey is part of OAR’s Diversity Committee, and is on Master Faculty for Keller Williams- speaking at market centers around the world, and most recently as a featured panelist at Mega Camp in Las Vegas. She lives in Bethany with her three children, husband and very elderly doggie, Buddha.
Chris Merz (Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere) – Chris Merz and his team helped clients purchase and sell over 350 homes each year 2018 through 2020, and his customer success team provides an additional layer of support throughout the buying and selling process. Chris prides himself on a perfect customer experience and has a vast knowledge of the real estate process. He previously worked for Metropolitan Land Group, one of Portland’s largest development firms, leading the acquisition and due diligence team for all land purchases ranging from 500 thousand to 15 million dollars. He personally owns multiple rental and development properties and also spent five years on the front lines as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic with the Dundee Fire Department.
Paul Trakarn (Luxe Christie’s International Real Estate) – Born in Orange, California, Paul Trakarn is a first generation American who has shown through his leadership and service that anything is possible. His experience in e-commerce sales and the restaurant/hospitality service industry (his family owns Sivalai Thai restaurant in Portland) combined with his thirst for knowledge and personal growth has given Paul the professional drive to become one of Portland’s most highly recommended real estate brokers. His business is 100% referrals, giving him the ability to provide the highest level of concierge service – from flying to meet clients for the day to rolling out the red carpet for a tour of Portland. His commitment to customer service led to him being named as a finalist for NAR’s “30 Under 30” list.
