PMAR’s YPN (Young Professionals Network) invites you to a networking event at KingPins, so get out your bowling shoes and sharpen your tiny pencils. You’ll have the chance to meet and greet with other industry professionals and to learn about the importance of investing in RPAC.

All PMAR members are welcome. Pizza and salad provided!

Networking is all about being o-pin to new things, and we’ll have several social media stations at the event with tips and tricks to boost your socials. In league with us for this event is Randi Brandt, the 2023 Vice Chair of Michigan Realtors® RPAC Trustees, current local YPN Chair (and founder), NAR YPN Advisory Board Member, C2EX State Ambassador, and Chair of Michigan Realtors® Annual Convention.

Michigan State University Spartan, Randi Brandt began in the event and non-profit industries. Shifting in 2015, Randi became a licensed Realtor® in December 2016. With a passion for events and giving back, Randi uses her strengths within the real estate industry with client appreciation events, fundraisers and networking opportunities. Becoming active within the associations in 2020, Randi has a focus on RPAC and working with local politicians and her state counsel. Randi is the 2023 vice chair of Michigan Realtors® RPAC Trustees, current local YPN chair (and founder), NAR YPN Advisory Board member, C2EX state ambassador and chair of Michigan Realtors® annual Convention chair. In her spare time, Randi works with two non-profits, is a licensed foster parent and plays competitive volleyball.

Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of Realtors®, Oregon or local associations of Realtors® will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by Oregon REALTOR® PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until Oregon REALTOR® PAC reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the Oregon REALTOR® PAC reaches its RPAC goal, your entire contribution will be used to support state and local candidates. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes, ORS 316.102 provides for a credit against state taxes of up to $50 per individual or $100 per joint return for contributions to political committees.
