This course covers the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, disclosures, and much more. Participants can expect an interactive learning experience with a practical case study at the end to help solidify some of the concepts.

This course counts for 3 hours of Oregon CE credit, 3 hours of GRI credit, and qualifies for the Oregon Real Estate Agency’s Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) credit needed to renew your real estate license.
