Instructor Cynthia Villamor is a Certified Professional Interior Decorator (CPID) and Home Staging Expert (HSE) with over 20 years of experience in interior design and real estate staging. She is the founder and owner of Inspired Spaces, a Portland Metro–based staging and design company she launched nearly 11 years ago.
A longtime member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Cynthia has personally staged thousands of homes and small businesses. Her work has been featured on AM Northwest and The American Dream, and she regularly educates real estate professionals on the role of presentation in buyer decision-making.
She is known for her data-driven approach to staging and her focus on buyer psychology during the in-person walkthrough, helping brokers use presentation as a practical and risk-aware part of real estate practice.
