Lynn Madison is a nationally respected real estate educator and former award-winning managing broker known for bringing practical, real-world strategies into her classroom. As a primary author of the ABR, PSA, and SFR courses and a contributing author to SRS and RENE for NAR, Lynn equips brokers with the tools to lead productive, ethical, and profitable offices. Her deep involvement at all levels of the industry gives her the insight—and the stories—to help brokers navigate a shifting market with confidence. It also gives her three of her favorite sayings: “4 cents and a chicken,” “Is that the hill you want to die on?” and “Stay in your lane!”
