Help PMAR Restore Chapman Square and Lownsdale Park
PMAR has secured the Community Rebuilding Grant from the National Association of Realtors® to restore the landscaping at downtown Portland’s Chapman Square and Lownsdale Park. Both parks were damaged during the racial injustice demonstrations last year after outside groups took advantage of the peaceful demonstrations and created destruction throughout the downtown area.
Now PMAR needs your help! This volunteer opportunity will take place in conjunction with Earth Day celebrations on Friday, April 23rd. from 9 am to 12 pm.
This event emerged from Realtor® member, Michellé Hutton, learning about the NAR grant and knowing the area could benefit, and that other Realtor® members would want to be involved and help our downtown continue to reopen to the community.
