In this course, we will take a look at practical methods of building and maintaining relationships with sellers. You will learn how to find prospective clients, market your specific strengths, give an effective listing presentation and nurture your agent-client relationship before, during and after the transaction. This class will give you the tools to create a network of lifelong, loyal clients who will refer your services.
By attending this class, you can earn 6 CE credit hours that will also go towards earning your GRI designation.
This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on September 9th and 10th. It is required to attend both 3-hour sessions in order to get CE.
