July 25th: Commercial Real Estate Product Types
– Understanding Commercial Real Estate Sellers and Product Types is crucial. This course offers a discussion on the various commercial real estate product types and the investors that purchase them and WHY! We cover the BIG 4 product types in commercial real estate, what separates and categorizes them as class A, B, or C, and why and how the three different types of investors approach investing.
