Instructor Addie Owens (CRS, CIPS, SRS, SFR, AHWD) is the owner of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., a boutique brokerage and real estate school. A licensed instructor and experienced broker, she began her career in 2005 as an appraiser and sales associate, later closing over 100 distressed property transactions annually during the REO crisis. Addie has worked as a solo agent, team leader, and now broker-owner while continuing to sell real estate. She is a frequent speaker and volunteer, serving the Residential Real Estate Council, National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, the Beverly Carter Foundation, and the Women’s Council of Realtors®. A past local and state RRC president, she is also an RPAC Golden R President’s Circle Major Investor and currently serves on the Lake County Board of Adjustments.
