Drew Coleman, moderator, is the founder of Opt Real Estate and was elected as the 2026 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Region 12 Regional Vice President (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska). Drew has served as president of both the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® and Oregon REALTORS®, and was named of 2022 Realtor® of the Year.
Kevin Eike is an arbitrator and mediator, leading his own firm, Eike Law PC, and owning Arbitration Services of Portland and administers all of the company’s arbitrations and mediations statewide. With over 25 years in the field, he is certified by the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution and serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in several Oregon counties. Known for his integrity and fairness, Kevin has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration, committed to achieving just outcomes in disputes.
Chris Fowler is a real estate law specialist at Buckley Law in Oregon, focusing on both transactional and litigation matters. His expertise encompasses real estate acquisitions, sales, Realtor representation, and various litigation areas, including real property and landlord-tenant disputes. With over 20 years of experience in the Portland area, Chris is recognized by Best Lawyers in America© in Litigation – Real Estate (2025). He resides in Lake Oswego with his family.
Kevin Harker is a partner at Harker Lepore and has focused on community association law since 2004, representing HOAs in Washington, Oregon, and Utah. His practice includes advising on governing documents, assessment collections, construction defects, and general counsel for community associations. He also has experience in landlord-tenant law and real estate-related litigation. Kevin earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University.
Cally Korach is a partner at Hart Wagner LLP, specializing in professional liability defense for real estate brokers and medical professionals across Oregon and Washington. She emphasizes mediation and arbitration to secure favorable outcomes throughout the litigation process. Cally holds a J.D. from Willamette University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
