As part of your membership duty, it’s mandatory to complete this training within the three-year cycle, which ends on Dec. 31, 2024. If you do not meet your requirement it will result in suspension of your Realtor® membership. By attending this class, you’ll fulfill your ethics training requirement. Expect to receive email confirmation that you have fulfilled your requirement within three business days of attendance.

PMAR will offer a FREE Code of Ethics training four times in 2024: June 18th, August 1st, September 16th, and December 4th. Note: due to member need, we added a fifth training on December 20th!
Instructor: Heidi Hazel, managing principal broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Lake Oswego, has been serving Oregon and Washington communities since 2013. A Northwest native and dedicated industry professional, Heidi is a Code of Ethics and LARRC instructor and has served on the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS® and Oregon REALTORS® boards, as well as the Stayton Planning Commission. In 2019, she was honored as REALTOR® of the Year by the Mid-Valley Association.
