Legal Boundaries for AI in Real Estate
Can this be done? Is there a law that regulates it? Why would a robot be used to communicate with a client?
As artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into real estate, legal questions surrounding its use have grown. This course was developed to focus specifically on the implications of state and federal law, offering clarity on scenarios where improper use of AI can negatively impact real estate professionals and their clients. Using case studies and current litigation, the course explores potential unintended consequences, including the disclosure of confidential information, copyright infringement, false or misleading advertising, and libel.
