Volunteer in your community and be part of our collective force for good!

PMAR’s Circle of Excellence invites all PMAR members to volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank with them. Volunteers will sort canned and boxed food donations into categories, repack and label bulk food items into family-size portions, and cull and sort produce.

Volunteer shifts available:
Monday, August 3rd, 1:30–3:30 p.m.
Monday, August 31st, 1:30–3:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 3rd, 1:30–3:30 p.m.

• Please note, the Beaverton location works in a cold storage space. The dress requirements are specific and will be sent a few days before your scheduled shift.
• Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) chaperone/guardian; both need to be registered for the same shift and chaperones must participate in the shift. Please contact Bianca McCarthy, bmccarthy@pmar.org, if you have a volunteer under age 16.
• A completed and signed Youth Release form is required for first-time volunteers under 18.
• Volunteers must be able to lift at least five pounds.
