Forms updates! OREF mid-year release scheduled to launch 7/31/24

This course will guide you through the mid-year updates to the OREF (Oregon Real Estate Forms) residential library. Along with these changes, you’ll learn about the Buyer Representation Agreement Bundle, OREF’s new set of forms designed to ensure compliance with Oregon’s HB 4058 (effective January 1, 2025) and the latest NAR settlement regulations.

• Class Duration: 1.5 hours
• First Hour: OREF Forms Updates (1 CE hour credit provided)
• Last 30 Minutes: New Buyer Representation Agreement
• Attendees who have already taken the new Buyer Representation Agreement course can leave after the first hour, or stay for a refresher
• Please note that to receive the CE credit hour, you must attend at least 50 minutes of instruction on any content
