INSULATION

SEAL AIR LEAKS

1) Cash Incentive: $150 per residential structure.

Requirements: Testing and sealing must be performed only by Home Performance with ENERGY STAR contractor as part of a Home Performance or Savings Within Reach project, and must comply with the current Existing Homes mechanical ventilation specification. Your home must have a pre-existing condition of nine air changes per hour (ACH50). A minimum 500 CFM50 reduction must be achieved. More requirements apply; see additional details, below.

2) SHOW Cash Incentive, oil heat or other non-electric/gas heat: Blower-door assisted air sealing: 25% of the total cost up to a maximum rebate of $500 with a contractor certified by the Department of Energy. 100% of the total cost of blower door test up to a maximum rebate of $100 with a contractor certified by the Department of Energy
