New Member Orientation
New Realtor® members are required to attend our New Member Orientation program and Realtor® Code of Ethics training course. This comprehensive program includes instruction on myriad issues including fair housing, anti-trust, governmental affairs, risk management, and the structure and purpose of the Realtor® Association. A local real estate broker who is well-trained and knowledgeable about the Code of Ethics presents an in-depth study of the obligations imposed by the Code. Continuing education credit will be issued. Lunch is provided.
