NAR Online Code of Ethics Training

January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018

Realtors® are required by the National Association of Realtors® to take two and a half hours of ethics training every two years. The current training cycle ends on December 31, 2018. Members may fulfill this ethics training through this NAR online course.

HOWNW.com Certified Specialist Renewal

November 30, 2017 1:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Register for the HOWNW.com Certified Specialist renewal to maintain your PMAR H.C.S. designation!  Your renewal allows you to continue to use PMAR’s HCS designation and keeps your contact information on HOWNW.com through January 1, 2020.  For complete details on being a HOWNW.com Certified Specialist, see pmar.org/HOWNW.

Registration must be completed by 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2017.  The online, “open-book” exam will be emailed to you on December 1 and must be completed no later than/December 11, 2017.

The cost to renew your two-year certification is only $45.00 – about six cents per day!
